Welcome to the home of the Cosworth and RS cars in North America, Our Vancouver based company have a team of passionate Cosworth RS enthusiasts who build all 3 models of the popular Cosworth mark, and now more recently the ever popular Ford Focus. Every vehicle is meticulously put together, usually each car we build is to customer preference which makes every car we build very individual, the 2.0, 16 valve, turbo charged engines are each built from a bare block up, and can produce comfortably over 500 BHP, but even in stock form the motor produces over 200 BHP, with over 300 BHP easily attainable without major internal modifications.
Our team have years of experience with Cosworth and RS cars, from racing to just showing them off at public events, we have a full parts back up and fitting facility, and advise is always just a phone call away. Whether you want to talk about a possible build purchase or just a fellow enthusiast keen to know more about what we do, there will always be someone happy to talk you and discuss your needs.

There are usually 2 or 3 cars plus being built at any one time, so you can see cars in various stages of build most of the time, we currently have in our workshop all 3 models of Cosworth that were available. LATEST ADDITIONS
Availale soon to all focus owners will be our own full Ford Focus RS body kit as pictured below, this will be a comprehensive kit comprising of a pair of front fenders, rear lower 1/4 panel arches, side skirts, with the front and rear bumpers also this kit will make your Focus look like the European Ford RS Focus, having the wider arches and bumpers will make you car look like the Focus everyone here wanted.
The kits are made in house to a very high standard, please ask if you are interested, we will be happy to talk to you.

We will also be working on Focus's in house and supplying many after market items for your pride and joy,
We will also be putting our experience with Cosworth's to use in the engine compartment of the Focus by offering full turbo conversions, We can build you an engine that will scare just about anything from a standing start,
Conversions offering significant increases in horse power,
We will be importing all things RS for the focus, from a steering wheel to a full leather trim, lighting to spoilers, what ever your needs we should be able to help

WIDE BODIED KIT !
Another addition shortly available added to our ever growing inventory is the wide Thunder Saloon kit, possibly one of the better looking wide kits for the Sierra 3dr, easily adapted to fit the Merkur.

Well, after a long time moulding the new workshop to our needs and battling for permissions to produce our products, we are at last back in action.
We are now back in full swing producing our fibreglass kits and urethane products.
All the rooms we had built within the workshop are now operational,
3 hoists, available, an engine building room, a room for all our engineering work, a clean prep room for detailed car builds, a urethane moulding room, a fibreglass workroom and prep room and a vinyl graphics cutting room. Not to mention ample storage for parts etc.

Racing News
Congratulations to Roger Christenson, driver of the NACS sponsored, Cosworth powered Merkur XR4Ti, who succsessfully secured the 2007 GTM Championship, not forgetting his father Bob who plays an important role in maintaining the vehicle.
We look forward to working with Roger and Bob for the 2008 season, and delivering to them more power for an even more competitive season.
